Conferencing
Up to eighteen people can be accommodated in our air-conditioned indoor conference room, or on our large veranda.
The lodge is ideally suited for executive conferences, since the entire lodge is always reserved by a single party. That means that your unique programme can be accommodated exactly as you require, including meal times and refreshment-break times. Other activities such as a late afternoon game drive, before dinner, or stargazing after dinner can be undertaken at your convenience.
Being our exclusive guests also means that all the public areas of the lodge can be used for break-aways, or for parallel meetings.
And of course, you needn’t worry about any confidentiality risk that might be present when sharing a lodge with other commercial guests.
All the usual support facilities such as a large TV for presentations, whiteboards, flipcharts, etc. are available.
As an alternative to using the lodge’s meeting facilities, you might consider meeting out in the Welgevonden wilderness, using the Reserve’s Bush Pig Lapa, a small intimate camp that can be reserved for our private use. The lapa is surrounded by a low fence that allows for unhindered views down a beautiful valley. Toilet facilities are available in the camp and light meals can be served.
